On Thanksgiving Day, we noticed some tiny holes in the window sill of our dining room window. Having been treated in the past for carpenter bees who had bored holes in our outside decks, we were very concerned about this, although the holes were much smaller that the holes from the carpenter bees.\r \r We kept an eye on these holes to monitor any activity, and were surprised to see the holes almost doubled in number. Not wanting the situation to develop any further, we contacted Omega.\r \r We called on Thursday and received an appointment for the next morning. The technician who responded (Ronald Costello) arrived promptly, was very professional and personable. \r \r After examining the holes, he declared that we didn't have a pest infestation at all.
