Review content:
Spent 2.5 hours there for an oil change and have a piece of plastic replaced under the vehicle. I had made the appointment in advance and called to confirm they had the piece of plastic that need replaced. All that was confirmed to me, upon pulling out of the lot the same rubbing sound I brought the vehichle in for. So what was replaced? And was what replaced even needing to be replaced? When I called to voice my displeasure at the time, cost, and actually not fixing the problem I was told I would need to make another appointment for service. No offer to take care of the problem for free, nor for time spent there. Once splash gaurd and oil change took 2 hours and almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous service, never would I refer anybody to either of the Scholfield Dealerships for cars or service.
