I took my ring to be resized and charged twice because when I returned to get my ring it was still not correct. They resized the ring again and charged me EXTRA and ensured me that they tightened all the loose diamonds. Well, not even a week later one of my diamonds fell out. Thank God I found it. I took it right back to them and showed them what happened and I am just itching to see if they are going to charge me again. I am so upset with these people. They are just not good people to deal with. Same yourself the hassle and give your hard earned money to a jewelry who is polite and wants to see their customers happy. THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT THE PLACE!!
