I was wanting to move into Nassau club b/c my grandmother may have dementia and she was getting violent. I appied for an apllcation back n early 10/2014. I was advised by Tony that the applcation for two adults was $165.00 and the holding fee was $100.00. I asked her if I can pay the $100.00 once the application was approved, and she advised yes. After paying for $165.00. I havent heard from no one. I called and then emailed Jen Erickson at the office on Nov. 10, 2014. I got an email about the apartment on Nov 21, 2014 stating that more information was needed to the application department. After sending in information to the appication department serveral times, I was advised to wait till someone in the office call me. No one never called me. I have called the application department and the office at Nassau Club Apartments so many times and left so many messages. I also left my work phone number and still never gotten a call back. I finally moved into another apartment since Nassau club was taken so long. After I moved, I called again to the application department about my refund of the $165.00 application that was never processed. I was advised to call the Nassau club apartments. I called and talked to Tony about my refund, she advised to call the collections department 1-866-659-0110. At the collections department Kim advised to me to call back to the office at Nassau club apartments and talk to them. I talked to Jen, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes, and I talked to the property manager. She advised to me that I owe the the company $65.00 and that I only paid $165.00. She also advised that $130.00 was for the application and $100.00 was for the holding fee. I advised to her that I was advised to only pay the applcation fee of $165.00, this was advised from Tony. She advised that she is not doing a refund and that I owe for the holding fee of the apartment. I advised to her, why would I pay a holding fee and I am not moving in since it is taking almost 60 days to processing and application. This company d
