Today is Tuesday 02/12/2008... I rec'd a notice from the security desk at my place of employment telling me that I had a package up front... Personally I was not expecting anything... I was hoping to receive flowers on Thursday 02/14/08, but it never crossed my mind that I would get any today... So I trotted up front... I saw three beautiful flower arrangements at the guards desk... Wow, how did I get so lucky... I told the guard that I had rec'd a notice to pick up a package.... So stated my package was back on another table... I turned to look at it and was truly horrified at what I saw... How can someone deliver such ugly flowers... Several of the flowers looked like weeds that you would find on the side of the road... Others looked like they had been dropped and walked on... Two tulips were nice and two roses, but nothing else was worth $.02... Walmart has better flowers than this... My poor husband was trying so hard to surprise me and to give me something that he thought I would love for valentines day... Boy did he waste his money... I feel terrible for him, because me being me I basically told him how much I hated these ugly flowers... If my husband had gone into the store this would never be something that he would chose for me... In the past Karens flowers were fine, but if this is the new quality of flowers that they will be delivering, then I will tell my husband to take his business elsewhere... Damn, I am crying over stupid flowers... Thanks for ruining my valentines day...
