I do NOT go to any other pawn shop in the Kansas City area. This is by far, hands down, the GREATEST pawn shop I have ever been to. I've been pawning and buying from pawn shops for over 20 years. I moved to KC in 2011 & this is the only pawn shop that has respected me. They're honest, friendly, hard working and dedicated to pleasing every one who walks through their door. They can't always help everyone with the amount they need, but work hard to deliver as close as possible. There have been a few times where food wouldn't have been on the table or gas in the car if it weren't for Metro Pawn & the employees who work there. They're understanding & don't judge you based on clothing you wear. I have only received the utmost respect and care when in their store & I have yet to find any pawn shop anywhere I've traveled with the respect & professionalism of Metro Pawn.
