Will deserves a 5 star because of his professionalism, knowledge and etiquette. Even though he did not finally resolve the problem but he did identify the cause of this chronic problem we had for almost a year, and he passed it on to the high level for attention.He is educative and enlightening. He coordinated his previous knowledge of building with the present to get to the root of the problem. His reassurance left us with hope that the matter will be attended to ASAP, and it was. His ability to assess, analyze and solve the problem was handled with calmness and reassurance. I highly recommend him as the companies' self marketing asset. Thanks Will. The sky is the limit.
