Have had the absolute WORST experience with the lawnmower repair shop "KEEP EM RUNNIN" in Titusville. After >5 wks of having our mower.,I contacted Cindy today and asked her to just have it put it back together so we could come and get it.... I was told that she finally found the part, it is now in route and we would have to pay a restocking fee of $38. SERIOUSLY??
This is after a lengthy excuse of how so and so was sick for 6 days, and she has so many backorders, and that I should come spend a day there and see just how busy she is. Never Never NEVER take your lawnmower here!!!!
