I rent cars almost weekly for business travel. I found the Detroit airport Enterprise location to stand out for friendliness, responsiveness and just plain fun - fresh popcorn, waterbottles and very helpful folks all around, from the bus driver to the person who checked me out. Whoever is running the place is doing something very very right. Teach some of your other locations your secrets! And --- thank you. (thanks, candyman, bus driver!)
