Paid to have my dog groomed with the works - shampoo, teeth cleaning, nail clipping, fruity smelling shampoo, conditioner, eye cleaning, ear clipping, haircut with a bow to top it all off - $56.00 - I dropped her off in her crate on a Saturday. A few hours later, they called and said she was ready. They handed her to me and the one thing I immediately noticed was that the shop was an absolute disaster - dog hair everywhere - even collecting around our feet!! She was wearing a leash which I do not put on my Yorkie as they experience gag reflexes with things around their necks - I told the woman that she came in a crate and was not wearing a leash. She said they had no crate - I suggested she go back and find the crate with a dog in it and that would probably be the dog that actually belongs to the leash. She came back out with my crate and I gave her back the leash. We went home and I noticed that my dog was still chewing at her nails which were overly long when I dropped her off
