I visited this chandler store last year and have not returned.I had to return an item and spoke to the manager,his name was mike.This guy was extreamly rude,he refused to help me and basically told me to forget it.When I approached him he was yelling at an employee, poor girl was being verbally abused.If my employer ever spoke to me that way I would tell him to shove it! NO WONDER there were very few employees.Petco,find managers that respect thier customers and thier employees.Inow shop at petsmart,where customers and employees matter.
