in total we purchased 13 fish here. all but one are dead from some kind of disease. their back tails disintegrated, they lost scales and then died. we're currently trying our hardest to keep the last fish alive, but he's suffering from the same thing. every time i brought a fish back (within the 14 day guarantee period) i was harassed or talked down to. it was so bad during one of those times that i wrote an email to company complaining.
