Some prices are absurd but the sales make up for it. \r

Customer service is good depending who you get. The general manager is good at answering questions but the assistant manager is not a people person and it shows. \r

Stay away from the saltwater fish and birds though...every time i have bought a clown fish, it always ends in disaster. Never bought a bird but it looks to me like they are unsociable.\r

Never had a problem getting my husky groomed their since their old grooming manager left. \r

I still prefer to do my business at Fishnet but Petco can surprise me occasionally.
