I, unfortunately, have been to this Petco to buy crickets for my daughters exotic animals and supplies for my fish tank. The staff is impossible to find and when you do happen upon someone, they have no idea what you are talking about! Nor do they know what they are talking about! It takes them over a half an hour to get you a few dozen crickets, which is very frustrating! The condition of the reptiles and other exotics is rather disturbing and most of the species are over priced and underfed. I have seen several dead animals lying the tanks for who knows how long! Again, I have only been to this store when my usual online cricket distributor is unavailable. They overcharge dramatically for crickets also! I can get 1,000 crickets for $13 online when Petco charges $0.10 per cricket!!! By the time I get home, most end up dead! If you are shopping for pet food or other normal pet supplies, I think they are somewhat reasonable, but do not go here for reptiles or exotic supplies!
