If you love your pet, don't EVER let these people groom them! Against my better judgement after dealing with the angry and very bureaucratic African-American woman b/c I didn't have my life-threatening PALS #, I took my yorkie there and asked for a teddy-bear cut.. I returned later, and to my horror, they'd SHAVED him! I immediately complained and the manager on duty refunded $40 of my $91 bill. He said that's all he could do, and advised me that if I wanted a complete refund, I had to call the grooming manager, Donna. I called her a few times,and left several messages to no avail. She never called me back. Finally, 4 days later, I called again and got her on the phone. She claimed that my dog's hair was matted and they HAD to shave him! Ok, let me get this straight. My dog sleeps with me and is an indoor dog and has NEVER been matted. Furthermore, she wasn't there when my dog was there. How would she know that? Is she psychic?. I asked to speak w/the manager, so she put me on hold. I
