Do Not Use this company! We broke a plastic PVC pipe in the garage (the main I was told) it was around 6pm at night when we called. We got the water turned off and moved everything away from the location. The tech arrived around 7pm put 2 couplings on and left within about 30mins. The charge $935 with a $100 military discount reducing it to $835. That price seemed made up out of thin air. No labor or parts specifics -just some ridiculous price for the 30mins of work. Yes we called at night and we expected to pay something - maybe $400 but where did they even get the $935 amount? I called and talked to the supervisor - who is supposed to get back to me. Really has me upset...seemed they targeted us because we had an emergency. Though their ad says call anytime -it doesn't say we will rob you blind. Waiting for supervisor to call back. 10/31/12
