Businiess name:  LongHorn Steakhouse

Review content:
I had been given a couple of gift cards to Darden Resturants and decided to go to the Longhorn's in Canton Sunday night 10/30. I had pretty well decided to never go to Longhorns again but thought I would give it another try. Bad Mistake!\r \r The bread was, as always, delicious. The salads were wilted and about half as big as they used to be. The house dressing was really good, as always, just not enough of it.\r \r I ordered the 16oz. T-bone and asked that it be "almost medium, slightly pink inside". My wife had the small fillet cooked medium. My wife's steak came very over done, and was an unrecognizable piece of meat. Fillets are supposed to be round in shape - this one was anything but. Triangular shaped fillets are the very end of the loin and the grain is not the same as a real fillet (cheap). My wife's was tough and very over cooked.\r \r I wish I could have weighed my "16oz" T-bone. It was barely 1/4 of an inch thick, had one bite of tenderloin, and was red and bleeding at the bone.
