Went in once for a (scheduled) oil change. Used their coupon, so I figured I'd have a little bit of up-selling to deal with.\r
Took them half the day.. then they gave me the hit list! $2500 plus in urgent repairs: plug wires, alignment, filters, brake pads timing belt, fuel injector service etc. \r
I really had to fight to get my truck out of their garage with just the oil change. Very pushy about things I could easily do myself without tools! \r
I've never been back, and the truck they wanted to disassemble has gone all most 250,000 with very few issues.\r
I'll never forget the greasy desk guy saying "Wow. you'd never guess there was so much wrong with your truck by just looking at it"\r
