Review content:
I wanted to purchase a Groupon for I-Lipo treatments and called beforehand to ask if there would be any other costs or purchases required above and beyond the 4 sessions the Groupon covered. I was told that there was nothing else I needed to purchase. So I went in for my consultation and discussed which areas I wanted done. I was told that 8 sessions were required to see any results. I was not happy about that! Obviously I wanted to see results, so I felt forced into buying another 4 sessions. And these aren't cheap; the total was close to $1000. At my first session, they had the wrong areas written on my chart. That was resolved with a quick conversation with the tech. However, I had many different techs over the course of the 8 treatments. Sometimes I had more than one tech per appointment. And each new tech had to be told which areas I was having treated, even though there was a ""chart"" with that information. After 8 sessions, I haven't really seen results. My pants are a little looser, but it's more likely from the clean eating and exercise I've been doing. Yes, I followed their instructions for optimal results, even going above and beyond with my diet and exercise. So the I-Lipo treatments themselves do not work for everyone apparently. But my real complaint is the customer service. Remember I said I was lied to in the beginning? That was nothing compared to one of my last experiences at Envy Skin Clinic. I needed to reschedule my last session. I called and ""Amelia"" answered. Right off the bat, she was rude. As the conversation progressed, she became an outright b*****. She told me I needed to give them more notice when trying to reschedule. Okay, but I had tried to reschedule when I was there, but no one was at the desk and I couldn't wait around. She said I should have called. I said they were closed on Sundays. She said they have an answering machine. The conversation got nasty and I ended up keeping my appointment, even though it put me in a bind. I just wanted to be done with that place. You'd think she would be more personable to people spending so much money with them. All in all, the staff is nice with a few bad apples. But don't waste your money on this procedure.
