Businiess name:  Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Review content:
Today we called Roto Rooter because our sewer line had become clogged. We always call Roto Rooter and have generally had solid, positive experiences, but the technician we got today (Jesus Rosario) was over-the-top great. He had a terrific positive manner, got right to work diagnosing the problem, and solved it. But he wasn't content to just get the toilets flushing again, he was determined to clean out the line all the way to the manhole in the street, so we wouldn't have root problems again for a long, long time. He must have run the snake down the line six times, even pulling out a different cutting head to take on a huge ball of roots that was almost all the way out to the manhole. Then he ran a camera through the line and reported to us where there was a break in the pipe that was the entry spot for the roots, out where the city needs to maintain the pipeline. He gave us great tips and provided his cell phone in case we had any problems after he left. He was the definition of thorough.\r \r I was really impressed with Jesus and will definitely ask for him the next time we run into trouble. If I were Jesus's manager, I'd use him to train other techs, so that some of his positive attitude and enthusiasm might rub off. Having plumbing problems is such a bummer. How nice to have them addressed by such a positive young man!
