Review content:
We've been taking our cars to Horton's since 2005. Ross is very knowledgeable and I feel his techs are competent in what they do.
We first brought our 01 AUDI S4 to Horton's after seeking a second opinion about a transmission problem the dealer had diagnosed as ""the car needing a transmission replacement."" They found a faulty switch which was replaced for $350, instead of $4000. My daughter now drives that car and it is still maintained at Horton's.
I have my 02 540i serviced there, and my wife's 05 C230 serviced there as well.
We have waited a couple of times for work to be completed later than expected, however I understand that parts for these cars do not come off the shelf at the local parts store and was always notified in advance about delays.
Keep up the good work guys!
Dan Anderson.
