DON'T GO THERE!!! SAVE YOUR PET! They are so incompetent they treated my pet for 2 months with no results for UTI which cost me well over $1000.00. When I finally went to a different pet hospital it turned out my dog had enlarged prostate and needed to be neutered. Could have cost me just a few hundred. And how about the 2 months of wasted time and a pet in worse condition than when I first took him there. RIDICULOUS. And even after all this I can't cancel my ""wellness"" plan, which has nothing to do with the wellness of your pet but everything to do with them being the money hungry, careless, incompetent poor excuse of a hospital they call themselves. Choose your local vet who actually still has decency and forget about these corporate salespeople dressed as veterinarians at Banfield. So many cases like mine and sadly so many worse, makes me think how lucky I am, because they didn't further damage my pet. To me my pet is family and anybody who treats my family like that is in my black book. I sincerely hope all Banfield hospitals close for good.
