This petco has great items and prices for the most part but the service is horrible. I have had horrible experiences there. They are pushy and want you to hurry up when looking or holding the small animals. They groan and sigh at you. I once wanted to get a ferret there and asked to hold one and they said they are sleeping and can't be held. I was like wtf? I told them I wanted to buy one and finally they let me. They pushed me so much to hurry up when I was holding them. If I am going to pick out a pet that I am going to have for the next 8-10 years I want to make sure it is the one I want! They could give a crap less about it. And when I got the ferret they did not have it's birth certificate like they are suppose to and just gave me some old random one they found. The birthdate on it was waaaaaaaay off from what it should be. It was like a year old when I had actually bought a small ferret kit. \r
