I discovered that my AC was not cooling and called Aire Serv to come check. They came out the same day in just a few hours after I called. I needed to replace the coil in my 2nd floor AC unit!! No problem Maintenance Manger, Craig, got things arranged and my part ordered and AS was out in two days to do the repair job.
Knew it would be a real mess since it was in the attic of my second floor. But thanks to my technician, Chris the job was done as quickly as possible and with the least amount of mess.
I would totally recommend Aire Serv of Lafayette for any AC/Heating needs. Oh, and they also service my swimming pool chiller and heater by Aqua Cal!
Because I signed a maintenance contract with AS I got a discount on parts and labor, so I saved a considerable amount of money on repair work and parts.
Great team, great job. Highly recommend!
