The Sales Team at the Harrisburg location, specifically Nick and Joe, were fantastic! After placing a quote request through the website, we received a professional and friendly phone call less than 2 days later with a detailed quote explaining the process and options. We were very happy with the quote, as it was significantly less expensive than competing quotes we received from two other companies. A quick trip to our local showroom with lots of options in our price range (more than competitors) made picking out the granite easy and we found a granite color that we didn't even know we wanted but that is absolutely perfect for our kitchen! The one price sink package with lots of options for sink size and faucets to choose from was an added bonus! We were also very happy that Colonial was able to schedule us so quickly! The installers were great! We were in awe of how quickly and efficiently they worked! And while they worked quickly, they also took the time to make sure things were done the right way. They did not cut any corners and talked us through a couple of quick decisions that needed to be made along the way, helping us to make the best decision for the most proper installation. They brought and used their own vacuum as they worked and did all cutting outside so we didn't have to worry about extra dust inside of the house. We have a fairly sizeable kitchen and they completed it in 3 hours. Our kitchen was transformed and we are very happy with the granite and the team at Colonial on all fronts to make this such a quick, easy and pleasurable experience!!! Thank you!
