I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, friendliness and overall service that I received from Lightning Van Lines recently. I took a chance on their service because the price was lower than the other quotes i had gotten. I'm not really the type to run and review a business online i just don't have the time, however i feel that this company did such a good job for me that they deserve for other potential customers to know about it. First off, my customer service person was very knowledgeable about moving, I've moved before and i know when someone is trying to scam me ...Everything he said was right on the money, from the weight estimate to the packing advice.When i finally did schedule the move with them, the moving crew showed up in uniforms, with a brand new truck that said Lightning Van Lines on it. The foreman walked through took a look at everything tagged everything, made a list and they got right to work preparing and loading. They did charge me about 40.
