I?m really surprised that my move went off without a hitch. Moving in the dead of winter from NY to CA, what was I thinking? By the way love this CA weather, just wanted to get the heck out of NY. I asked everyone I knew who had moved into my building, most of them had horrible experiences. One of them recommended Lightning Van Lines. So I decided to give them a call. Everyone was wonderful from the sales guy on the phone to the movers who were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The sales guy asked the right questions to figure out what I was shipping across the country and the final price didn?t vary that much. When the movers got there they saw that a few items I packed needed a better packing job to arrive safely; I agreed and my TV and great grandma?s tea set arrived unharmed. It was worth the few extra bucks to have the peace of mind that my cherished possessions were safe. As for the delivery; everyone at Lightning makes sure you understand the delivery
