The customer service at Floor Coverings International was excellent. David and his installation crew were very professional, respectful, and timely. They cleaned up after themselves. I love the product. The whole experience itself was just fantastic. We had many contractors within my home these last few years. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It was a very smooth process. They installed hardwood floors for me, and they are of very good quality. My hardwood floors look beautiful. The floors are quiet, warm, and inviting. They were also very accommodating, as they gave me a choice between the showroom or bringing samples to my home. I appreciated that they offered that choice.
