Go somewhere else. I hate to be so negative but I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF and wished that more people had reviewed this place for what it is. Skin Deep Med Spa & Nicole come up at the top of nearly every google search and it seemed like they have received a lot of recognition from Boston's Best and other press (which now I realize was mostly paid for) so I made an appointment for Botox as I recently moved to Boston from D.C. First, there is no doctor at the spa whatsoever. Fine, I was willing to give Nicole a try as she explained to me that she has administering Botox for a long time and I have been getting Botox for over five years. Plus, her pricing was competitive. I arrived for my appointment to see Nicole runs a one woman show in an otherwise empty space. Hmmm, I began feeling less comfortable. Then I noticed her outfit....I dont want to be mean but she looked like she was going to a night club and it was only 11am. Yet she said she lived in Miami for a while. Fine, I overlooked that too. Can't judge a book by its cover, right? \r This is my real issue. I have gone a total of three times and it was a complete WASTE OF MONEY. The first time didnt take. So I went back two weeks later and she gave me a touch up and charged me an additional $100 (I paid $750 for the first appointment). I went back a second time (even though the first treatment didnt last long). I only returned a second time bc I am new to Boston and didnt want to try a new place before a big event. The Botox lasted four weeks. FOUR WEEKS. The Botox from my Med Spa in D.C. lasted 4-5 months. Arrrggghh, $750 out the window. I have been getting Botox for 5 years, I know where to inject on my face and how long it should last. Complete RIP OFF. Totally unprofessional. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
