Our school PTO used Little Lambs as a fundraiser and received very poor customer service. Our account rep was rude and snappy and was unhelpful when we had a problem. She talked down to us as if we just weren't doing our job. When the PTO (which is 100% volunteers) didn't respond to them within a couple of hours, they immediately called and bothered school employees who had nothing to do with the fundraiser since it was being hosted by the PTO. When we finally had to get Mr. Lamb involved, he was just as rude. We will NEVER use this company again.
