Don't do it. Melissa is only worried about writing letters about unfounded claims and not open to hear your side if you were even involved. All they are concerned about is their money. Maintainance sucks lousy work. Next to my building they tore down garages or car ports next to our apartments. Now using as a dumping ground extending up to the yard. Oh did I mention parking or the lack there of. If you stop at the store on way home from work forget it. In the winter if you are lucky you will not need to park in the back (you will need more than 4 wheel drive if you have it.) there are neighbors that are only concerned about feeding the ferile cats. The cats were there before us and they will be there after us. If you call it a kitchen small no counter space and no storage space. In bathroom you can use the toilet shower and shave all at the same time no real space at all. Don't think about it. Melissa get off your high horse in your nice home and Mercedes thanks to your husband. Some of us work for a living and live check to check. Did I say don't think about it.
