Review content:
I have never had a worst experience in any health care setting both during a surgery and post-op. I like many looked online to find a kind and gentle dentist to take care of my wisdom teeth extraction. On my day of the extraction, I explained to the hygienist that I need more of the numbing agent then most and usually I need about three shots of it or I can still feel the pain of the tooth coming out of my jaw. As feared this was not taken into consideration and during my procedure I could feel the tooth ripping from the roots of my jaw. So as anyone would do I tried to alert the dentist by making muffled sounds through the device that was holding my mouth open. Instead of him stopping and asking "oh sorry does that hurt", he just kept going and it was not until I started crying that he finally stopped what he was doing. But he did not stop to console me but to make me feel like I had no reason to cry saying things like "if you don't stop crying, you will just have to leave" which of course made me feel worse. When I tried to explain to him that I was crying because it hurt, he insisted it's not that bad and that he would give me a minute to stop crying or he was done, and I could come back later. Which when you put down 400 dollars for a visit, it's not exactly like I can just walk out of there because believe me I would have. The bottom line is that John white had no business taking care of any type of patient if he can't have a decent bedside manner. I am a health care professional myself and would never ever treat one of my patients the way I was treated!
