Review content:
Our garage door opener was having major problems. It took about 10 minutes and a lot of frustration to get it all the way up and down. Steven came over the day I called, a Sunday evening, to look at the problem and let us know it needed to be replaced, and came back Monday to complete the work. Not only did he replace the opener, he fixed another problem with the rails, looked at the opener on the other side to let us know what kind of shape it's in, and lubed up both sides without charging us any additional fees.
Steven did an awesome job. He's friendly and clearly just wants to do good work. He was great about letting me know when he was coming over and explaining how the new system works, and his rates are very good too. We prefer to use local companies, so we're happy to find him. I'd recommend this garage door repair company to a friend and hire the company again myself
