After reading the Google and the internet reviews I decided to go with this garage door company I found the person who answered the phone to be both courteous and professional. When John was on his way (looks like Steven is expanding), he called me well in advance, which was really nice. Fixed my broken spring and bent rails. He even talked me into going with a lower priced option (one spring as opposed to two).
He also gave me some awesome maintenance tips on how to keep the springs going and more advice than I asked for (but was happy to have) on the overall state of the garage door system including the motor, etc. The price was fair--I know I could have paid less for JUST a spring repair, but I'm really happy to keep passionate professionals in business and not risk being delayed again by a bum garage door.
Super nice and friendly all around, this garage door company is a no-brainer!
