Review content:
My garage door opener stopped working on Monday morning. I called Steven and from the get go it was a great experience. Before he even offered to come out he had me check a couple of common problems. Unfortunately, it was not a common problem, however, Steven made it out to my house the same day to check things out further. He attempted to swap out the motor which did not fix the problem. Finally, he tried switching out the logic board with a scrap one he had in his truck. This didn't fix the problem either, which meant that the opener was dead.
Steven gave me a few options for replacements. I could buy my own and he would install it for a hundred bucks, or he could get me a professional liftmaster for a bit more. I opted for the belt driven professional liftmaster so it would be more quiet. Steven came back out on Friday since I was having other work done and would be home. He showed up on time, and had everything installed and tweaked in a couple hours. When he was done he walked me through the whole system and gave me some maintenance tips to keep the new unit happy.
I was incredibly happy with the work done and would recommend Steven to anyone needing garage door repairs or installations.
