I gave them two stars because the receptionist and working staff were nice. Customer service was horrid beyond that. After purchasing tires my car started to shake. I went back and the manager insisted it was my shocks and he gave me a wild estimate for repairs. Later one of the employees was honest and told me the tires were bad. The same tires I purchased a day before. The manager was verbally abusive to his staff afterwards, I've never seen such a thing. I felt so bad! It was a mortifying experience. I was uncomfortable with how they resolved my situation. They gave me a new pair of used tires which I'm sure are my old ones repainted and labeled. Obviously all they wanted was more of my money. I will take my business elsewhere and will not be going back.
