Very responsive to what I say I need AND proactive about alerting me to problems I'm not aware of. Yet I've never felt they're just pushing an up-sale. Also, they've gone out of their to accommodate my schedule. I appreciate that they actually remember how I brag about my kids and ask questions during subsequent visits that show they listened! In other words, even though my vehicles are mechanical objects that require expertise for maintenance and repair, I feel they treat me as a human being. I really appreciate that they buck the trend of treating people like numbers or objects.
