Review content:
We recently purchased a home and had all of the copper water lines stolen. I called Solvit and was given an appointment right way!! They sent out a plumber by the name of Chuck who went through everything with us. He pointed out where the damage was and everything that he would have to do to replace it all . He went through the home to be sure that there was no further damage to the pipes in the wall as they pulled down the pipes. He was up front with all the costs and permit fees, and at the end there was NO HIDDEN costs!!
The day of the installation they arrived on time, Chuck and a helper Leland spent most of the day there and explained everything and answered all of our questions. The new pipe was replaced and color coded!! No guessing if it is a hot or cold water line.
I was very please with everything, from the first call to the office staff to the follow up call when the job was complete to make sure that all went well.
Thank you to Solvit and all of its staff for taking the stress out of this terrible ordeal .
