I was extremely disappointed with Accurate Glass & Windshields. I scheduled them to install windshields on 2 of my vehicles. About 10 minutes later i called to cancel because i found a better deal. They let me know it was not a problem and would appreciate my business in the future but they would cancel the job. They did NOT cancel the job on their end in time and sent their tech out, which i was unaware of. About a week later i got 2 charges for $50 dollars (cancellation fees) posted on my bank account. After getting off the phone with the manager, who couldn't have been more rude and called me a liar, saying i never cancelled the job. Fortunately i disputed the fraudulent charges through my bank and got my 100 dollars back. Please don't use this company.
