Businiess name:  Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Dallas

Review content:
We had heard about Zero Rez on 103.7's Morning Show. When a coupon arrived in the mail I though I'd use them rather than another company. While they did charge the promised $29 per room, they also tried charging $75 per bottle of cleaning solution for pets. My husband go them down to $60 which was only for spots. Then the technician lied to my husband when he said he had moved furniture -- there were three rooms in which a chair or a small object were not moved. A day later the carpet is still wet. They did say they would come back out to redo -- but that they had to send the same technician. We said no. We paid $460 for 6 rooms and 14 stairs. A rip off.
