BUYER BEWARE!!
I ordered some vacuum bags from this company on 10-20-14, it is now 11-25-14 and I still have not received my order. I have sent a number of emails and inquiries via their online "contact us" requesting the status of my order and I have never received a reply from them. I have tried to call them on their toll free number but it did not work. I called them directly, long distance, and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I finally reached them by phone on 11-21-14 and I was assured that my order would go out that day. It didn't, otherwise I would have been notified by PayPal!
This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and they have gone as far as lying to me about my order.
