My advisor/agent was Ms. Carolyn. I had arrived at the wrong appointment time and suggested that I could come back after making another appointment because I live just around the corner. Ms. Carolyn opted to fit me in the busy schedule to do the work on my vehicle recall because I was already there. She was very nice and seemed to know her job well. I was not there long and the recall issue on my car was repaired. I had a very pleasant experience with Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights.
