You need to know that in July 2005 the All The Rage stores in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake became separately owned and run businesses. The Virginia Beach store is the original and is still operated by the family who has owned it since 1993. Chesapeake has the new owners. The policies,service,attitudes and business practices may now differ greatly between the two stores.
PROS: The Beach Store and Its Bridal Department are Larger
