We went to the Ches store to get my daughter her prom dress we found the one we loved it was a Jovian and cost 419.00 when i looked at the dress the seam was coming out and threads hanging and beads missing so i asked them to order me another dress. Well that dress came in and it was just as bad. I called and spoke to the owner and explained to him i was paying 419 dollars for this dress i expect it to be worth it and not falling apart. So we took it back and there was another one on the way and he told us we could wait for that one to come in and that all sales were final. Well all these dresses from Jovian were not up to top of line standard. Why would you pay 419 dollars for a dress to be wore 1 time and it be falling apart. The place said that he wanted me to look at the third dress hat came in before she tried it on to see if there was anything wrong with this dress and as soon as i looked at it there were beads and sequence's sew on backwards and hagging off the dress.
