One great thing about Cooper Lake Automotive is their honesty, they are not a company that just want to take your money, they value their work and customers and it shows. I brought my car in after stopping at the dealership and coming out with a $4,000.00 bill, after asking more detailed questions and bringing my husband in it turned out to be less than $500.00, I was done after that. I always feel taken advantage of when I go to the dealers without my husband, but at Cooper Lake Automotive they tell me exactly what it is and if there are other concerns but I never feel pressured or feel as if I am being deceived. Not to mention they do an awesome job on my car, plus Courtney has the best attitude, so willing to help. I’m done with the dealerships, Cooper Lake Automotive is where my car will be serviced.
