Review content:
I had to deal with a roach problem and called Mother Nature's. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, explaining that roach issues can be persistent. After receiving a bill for the first treatment, I attempted to sign up with their online bill pay feature. After having to call their Tulsa office and never getting it to work, I had to mail my payment. Not a big deal. After the third treatment, a new guy calls for the next appt. I called back and spoke to a girl with whom I was clear that the appt. was for AFTER 4:30. The exterminator called the day before the appt. and again I stated the appt. was for after 4:30. The day of the appt, the man was sitting in my driveway waiting for me just after 3:00. He then proceeded to tell me that he had been to my house that morning and had to come back. Not too big of a deal. After the fourth visit, the roach problem was cleared. Now, just last week I get a call while I'm out of town that they would be coming by the next day.
