Review content:
PPM came to remove trees from our backyard as well as remove some plants and trim the trees in the front yard. They did the work in the back but did not do anything in the front yard. They called us after the back yard was done and asked us to pay in full, at which time we asked about the front yard and were told that they forgot about it and we should call back and reschedule it. We paid in full at that time and called the main office to reschedule the rest of the job. We were told they'd come out ""soon,"" and then we called a week later and it would be ""this week"" and then ""this weekend."" It's now been well over a month and we have been calling to ask when they're planning to come out and we're always told it will be ""tomorrow."" ""Tomorrow"" has come and gone many times and we still have yet to see them again. We had also wanted some seeding done in the area from which they removed the trees and they have yet to get us a quote. There's no way we'd actually use them for any additional services at this point since they are incredibly unreliable and it's quite apparent that they don't need any new or repeat business since they are too busy to complete our job. We were happy with the first part of the work and would have recommended this company to others but now almost two months later, we are still waiting for them to return. We've left several messages on both the office line and Brian's cell phone and we're just flat out ignored every time.
