The woman I spoke with over the phone was great, very helpful and nice. She made it sound like the cleaners would get the job done with the quote provided no problem. As soon as the cleaners arrived I felt like they were setting up to request more money later. My place is a rental and it had been left very dirty I admit but the place is only 700 sq ft MAX and empty. The refrigerator and bath tub were admittedly dirty but beyond that it was normal. They had 3 cleaners there for 2 hours and they only did the obvious areas. When I showed up they gave me all the excuses why things were still dirty. I felt like they wanted me to offer them cash to stay longer. I told them they could go then I cleaned everything they said couldn't be cleaned and half the stuff they say they did clean.
