Perhaps the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I wish I paid more attention to the negative reviews, but I was in a bind and could not use a more reputable company. I hired three movers, two of whom were great. The third was profoundly inept, lazy, and destructive. He took it upon himself to " stack" items in the truck while myself other two movers actually "moved" items. Half the time the guy was on his phone, the other half doing his best to ignore my instructions on how to load the truck. When it came to unloading the truck, there wasn't a single item that wasn't damaged. The $@!#% had stacked marked fragile items under heavy ones, sharp metal edges against cushions, etc. The result was several thousand dollars worth of damage. When I called the company, they predictably denied any liability for how the truck was stacked claiming they were trying to save me money by minimizing square footage in the trailer. Thanks "keep it moving" but I would've preferred you keep my furniture intact instead. My advice - reserve with one of the many better reviewed companies out there. If you want a $@!#% to destroy your furniture you could probably find one panhandling in rittenhouse for cheaper.
