well, i guess you just get what you pay for. we were only spending one day in lake havasu, so we decided to go cheap since we werent' planning to stay in the motel much anyway. however, this place just left a lot to be desired. it just felt kind of dirty.\r

room sizes were typical, but the bed linens just didn't look or feel very clean. luckily, we were playing in the lake and got all filthy anyway, but still. for i think just $20 more, we could've stayed at the hampton inn just down the road, which i have a feeling was significantly better.\r

oh well, you live and learn.
PROS: air con in the hallways was nice and cold, decent sized indoor pool
CONS: rooms and linens not very clean
